Hi - I'm Tonya! Several years ago, I saw myself headed towards a life of diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. I realized my diet was terrible and exercise wasn't even in my vocabulary. I decided to adopt a natural diet, get more active --- and in the process shed 30 pounds to create a healthier mind and body.
